A man from Moreau learned his fate after he was found driving drunk. Police say that 31-year-old Jeremie Goodspeed was arrested after he drove off the roadway in South Glens Falls with a child inside the vehicle. It was found that he had a BAC that was above the legal limit. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, reckless endangerment and DWI for the incident that took place on March 29. During his plea deal the DWI charge was dropped. The judge sentenced Goodspeed to five years probation as part of his plea deal.
